Shoreline Biome recently featured our laboratory’s work in an on-demand webinar. We used Shoreline Biome’s StrainID kit combined with PacBio sequencing for long-read 16S rRNA sequencing. Our results were used by Shoreline Biome to develop an analysis pipeline featuring their proprietary SB Analyzer software, DADA2, and QIIME2. This simplifies the bioinformatics workflow for many research teams.
